2. Our Products
All products offered by LoungeAvenue are described and pictured as completely and precisely as possible. Despite our care, LoungeAvenue cannot be held liable for possible errors.
All products offered by LoungeAvenue are legally conform to Belgian law. European product warranty of 2 years is standard on all products in case of “normal” use.
3. Ordering
When ordering a valid agreement between the purchaser and LoungeAvenue is established.
LoungeAvenue will always send an email confirmation to the person who ordered, not the person who is listed to be shipped to.
LoungeAvenue reserves the right to refuse an order when fraud is suspected.
Anybody between 13 and 16 years old is supposed to be supervised when buying online and therefore responsible for any purchasing activity.
Anybody 16 years old and above is solely responsible for any purchasing activity.
4. Secure Payment
Ogone handles the secure payment procedure for LoungeAvenue. (www.ogone.be). As a worldwide renowned company, Ogone guarantees a 100% secure transaction.
The logo and the words “Processed by Ogone” will appear while paying to verify this.
5. Returns
In Belgium exists a grey period of 14 days, during this time you have to notify us of your wish to return your order. The goods should be returned unopened, in the original package and thus undamaged. Always include a copy of your invoice mentioning your full account number (IBAN and BIC).
"The customer has the right to inform the company that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service contract."
