Return Policy


We partnered with TNT for deliveries in Europe and worldwide as well. You can rest assured, we put standard insurance on your package.

 

Any article can only be returned after a notification from LoungeAvenue.  It is the purchasers duty to repack the product decently. We advise to use a reliable courier service for sending the package. Always include a copy of your invoice mentioning your full account number (IBAN and BIC). The buyer is responsible for the return carriage costs.


"The customer has the right to inform the company that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service contract."
