Return Policy



14 days Right of Return:
  • The customer has the right to inform the company that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service contract.

  • Products that have been used, or their package opened, do not fall under the 14 days right of return term and can be returned only after approval from LoungeAvenue.

Damaged Product:
  • Product that is damaged and the damage falls under warranty can be returned and a replacement will be sent to the customer. In case no replacement product is available, the customer will receive a refund.

  • Product that has been damaged due to misuse or to wrong practice by the customer will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.

Want to return a product?

To return / replace a product, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact LoungeAvenue customercare (customercare@loungeavenue.com or +32 (0)3 324 50 24)
  2. Receive a confirmation & instructions email for sending the product
  3. Include a copy of your invoice in the package you send back
  4. We will replace the product / refund the money
  5. Important Notes:
    • It is the customer's duty to repack the product decently and deliver the product safely back to LoungeAvenue. We advise to use a reliable courier service for sending the package.
    • The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs.
